Hello everyone, I found out this year I have PTSD and am interested to hear how others have balanced this with work and triggers

    Hello @DebbieAnn and welcome to our community.

    I'm sorry to hear about your PTSD.  I know diagnosis can come as a relief though and a gateway to accessing support so I hope it's been of some comfort too.

    In addition to the thread mentioned above, our members living with PTSD came together on this PTSD thread which might help you with some of your feelings.
