It's known that she's been rather ill for a good while, and now sadly she's passed on.

I don't watch Eastenders and the Carry On movies were mostly before my time but RIP.

    @MrAllen1976 Ahh very sad news isn't it.  I loved her behind the bar in The Vic, 'get outta ma pubbb'.  She will be dearly missed.

    Thank you @MrAllen1976 for sharing this, Dame Barbra Windsor will always be a true national treasure, legend forever and will be dearly missed :( Her work campaigning to raise awareness of Dementia, along with her husband Scott, was truly inspiring. Thank you.

    Yeah just over 4 years ago we lost my maternal Grandmother to Dementia, she was 97.

    Yeah thanks, that first Christmas was weird, me Nan always used to be up and down washing the pots in between meal courses and it was strange her not being there.

    Also her House is my Uncle's House now, but strangely I still call it me Nan's.
