Social Housing Eligibility

Hi all,
I posted yesterday regarding being offered relocation assistance by my local authority after being subjected to quite severe disability harassment (amongst many other issues).
Owing to my disabilities I require certain specifications in any new home but have been advised that ‘by law I am only entitled to a certain property’ which does not fit my medical requirements (Please note these requirements have been set out by my doctors/social workers etc.).

Can anyone advise where I stand legally with this?

Hi
I am sorry to hear this I would suggest to get professional legal advice
You may get some advice from either CAB , welfare rights or shelter
Hope this helps0 -
Yeah seek pro legal advice, if you can I would sue the local Authority under the 2010 Equality Act for not accommodating your disabilities.
