            Hi there
LCWRA starts by you declaring a medical condition in your journal and providing a fit note
Your work coach should then refer you for a work capability assessment after 28 days
You will then be sent uc50 form to complete
You will then have an assessment and thrn a decision will be made about if you are deemed as LCWRA
It takes a long time to complete the whole process and you need to provide fit notes until decision idle made
 Any further questions just ask0
