    Hi James according to google it is this month but not sure if that is just USA or UK as well

    Hi @read - & welcome to the community. I looked at the UK's Spina Bifida charity called 'Shine,' & there's an awareness week (October 23rd -29th . Please see: https://www.shinecharity.org.uk/    You need to scroll down to see this under 'Get involved' on this, their main page. Hope this helps. :)
