new health condition aswell as exsisting 1 uc

in Universal Credit (UC)
hi last year had a wca over phone was told i need a f2f as not enough information....dec last year had a new health condition sent in medical evidence from doctor and they received that 2 weeks ago,wot happens next and how long does this take plz

    Hi there 

    Not sure what will happen maybe another WCA.  Have you reported new condition on your journal and sent in fit notes and completed the uc50 form 

    The same process will happen as your prev WCA but hopefully thet can get all infi they need from phone assessment 

    As with anything predicting how long it will take isnt easy as lots factors involved

    hi,yes reportes new health condition and got fit notes...wca said its with the medical team now

    They di sometimes do what is called paper based assessments which is what you mention. These are rare though but they do happen
