Rather excited for today, have the viewing for a new place to live, hoping I like it.

    I actually can imagine it been my new home! 

    I liked it so much I have accepted it, the housing officer just needs to get it signed off by his manager now. 

    It’s just been painted, had a new kitchen fitted, a new boiler installed in the summer and has a shower over the bath. All bonus. 

    Best bit? Quiet area and street. Plus 5min walk from the beach!

    Sounds good. I live five minutes from a beach and I just hope it stays that way...global warming lol.
