    I had a cheese, tomato and branston pickle sarnie, some Seabrooks crisps and a ginger biscuit.  Although other good food brands exist, it definitely hit the spot :)

    @cartha at least you are being healthy . I'm not a big lover of sweet and sour but I like the Cantonese style more 

    Hope you find a good recipe try looking at gok recipes or Rachel koo I think her name is

    I have all the ingredients in the freezer for a pizza apart from the tomato puree. I'll get some with the next shopping. Enjoy your pizza :-)

    The other half made me a jacket potato, salmon and salad for my break.  It was lovely and I could eat it again!
