    I have been haveing terrible panic attacks more than I used to i hide it from other people by trying to distract myself but it doesn't always work hope you have a nice easter x

    Oh @lisathomas50, sorry to hear about the panic attacks. Have you been able to pin point what brings them on?
    Have you ever had treatment for them?
    I must admit when I've had a panic attack, thankfully only a handful of times, it's always been related to very severe pain and not seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.
    Maybe there's a common thread to your panic attacks?
