    Breakfast is 1st meal of day sets you up for the day.
    Lunch 
    Tea

    Dinner
    I’d call food eaten in late evening supper. Food such as meat and three veg at around six ish dinner and Lunch I’d say was food eaten around noon or one pm. I’m from the south.

    I was always taught breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, supper. I call my main evening meal dinner but am not posh! ?

    Was called tea when I was a kid, but always say dinner now.
    And I'm common as muck lol
