Hi that is anyone's guess I'm afraid depends on area and backlogs I would imagine around 8 weeks but could be less could be more0

Hello @Melin. I hope you're not kept waiting too long. As @janer1967 said, unfortunately there's no exact timeframe, it just depends on how things are moving in your area.
I've known of people receiving a decision as soon as the next day and others waiting 12 weeks. 6-8 weeks is pretty standard.

Hi good news l have been find lcwca it just that l wanted to ask is my partner is going to have assesment too because of his health condition what will happen if he will be find lcw which one will we get paid as a couple0

Regardless of the outcome of the assessment for your partner there will be no extra money as you will already be receiving the LCWRA element. A new finding of LCW has no money attached to it anyway and only one LCWRA element can be paid to a couple.0

Great news about your award thanks for sharing0

Hi @Melin - & pleased you've got the LCWRA element. With a joint claim you only get the LCWRA element added once. Please see: https://www.turn2us.org.uk/Benefit-guides/Universal-Credit/Additional-Elements-of-Universal-Credit0

Hi a quick question my partner has his health assessment today for LCWRA and it only last 20 minutes and was told they got enough information we thought it was very short is this normal ?0

I suppose some assessments can be longer than others, but, regardless, as mentioned above by both calcotti & myself, as a couple you only get the LCWRA element added to one of you, not both.

There is no set timescales for an assessment a lot depends in how well the form was completed and the evidence sent0
