    I've got chicken fillet breast cooked from yesterday but I've decided to have cheese salad sandwich with salad cream and crisps

    Sounds like it's 'Chicken Tonight, Chicken Tonight' for quite a few people (old advert reference in there somewhere!) :)

    My other half has got a pear upside-down cake on the go this afternoon. So that'll be a lovely treat for after our tea!

    We haven't decided what we're having yet, we are doing the shopping tonight so will see what takes our fancy!

    We normally do the takeaway when we realise we haven't got enough food in for the week :)

    Well I was going to have a take away, got 50% voucher deliveroo, but my son won't be back till late, my other son has dropped off a micro meal, biriany, I hevef have ready made meals, prefer to make it, but he said ill be surprised. Will see

    Hmm not as good as mine, ok for a stop gap, lacking lots of ingredients i use, retailed at 2.50. I don't feel full, so be a sandwich later, :neutral: 5 out of 10

    Not yet no, I have numerous things I'd like tbh. We are heading shopping shortly so will have to decide :) I'm leaning towards oven fish and chips

    chicken breast in tomato onion and chilli sauce with cauliflower rice and veg followed by greek yogurt. binged on on biscuits yesterday so back on track with my diet today
