Hi All
With the holiday season looming and many of us finally getting off somewhere this year I was thinking about my trip to Cornwall and all the things I want to see and do once there.
It got to thinking about the things we do before we even set off. We then have to get there. Where we stay. What to do first. Then all the things we want do throughout the stay. In a word or two, or a sentence.
I'll start with.

Buying new clothes for the trip

Great idea for a post @Dragonslayer

Thanks for getting this one going. If we have lots of members contributing and we manage to keep it going, it could prove to be a very handy holiday checklist for us all as well. :)
    • Plan my holiday reading list and buy a couple of new books that I've been wanting to read for ages!

Plan excursions and activities.   My best yet was parasailing in Turkey and going on a catamaran in Cuba.  Both were fantastic!

One of mine was seeing the Venice carnival. The other a boat trip around the Greek Isles. ?‍?
Now looking a all the sites to see in Cornwall. As well as eating a Cornish Pastie, and ice cream of course. ?

One of the first things to do,
Planning trip by car, and overnight stop.

We look forward to playing a very silly game in the car. It's called 'Who can see a...' e.g. tree, sign, cloud. My two boys love it. As soon as you see the object, just shout 'Me!!' Easy and fun. We also sing a lot.

I look forward to seeing my friends and family when on holiday.

    Unpack first and settle in.
Then go find somewhere to eat and have a drink and plan ahead.
