Can't you understand English. I didn't advocate lying. I said if a letter doesn't add to his case. Leave it out.
This is not denying things. Of course, if he has a letter which contradicts another positive letter for his case, then he is withholding 'pertinent information' by not submitting it. I never told him to do that. I told him to use that which helps and if not, don't submit it.
But if the letter is neutral, just where is the fault in this. The DWP want evidence or proof, either for or against the claimant's proposed difficulties. At no time does the law compel you to simply supply every thing you have ever had.
Dumb you called anyone if they listen to me. Listen to yourself. Pull your head out from between the pillows and read thoroughly before commenting. Go back through my posts. I never said to lie or deceive.
What if he has 500 pages of notes and letters. Does he need to send all this in. Use the material correctly. They have to process all this. Are they really interested in a letter from last year which mentions nothing about the issues of his hand?
Idiot.
No need to reply. I'm a douchebag idiot too. I'm calling myself it. I'm going to crush some brazil nuts with my forehead because I can't take any more of you.0 -
