I was on lcwra and had an assessment over the phone and got the decision that I am not capable for work but able to do work related activity. I have the same problems I did when I was awarded lcwwa abs they are worse now than ever and it has been taken away. Does anyone have any experience with this? I feel like it was the wrong decision

Unfortunate it happens often. Your next step would be an MR.1

Thank you. I am doing this today. Do you know how long it take to give a decision on this?1

Hi there
It can take a while to get a decision on a MR due to backlogs taking longer than usual I think it could be around 8 weeks from reading other people posts
Sorry this has happened and fingers crossed for you

Oh that’s awful. They have already said the money will be stopped before my next payment. All I can do is hope. Thank you for your help1

Your welcome
The success rate for MR isn't that good you normally get the same decision but not in all cases
Make sure your Mr gives real examples of why and what happens when you try and do the activities
Most go on to appeal at tribunal
Let us know how you get on.1 -
I feel so sick about it I don’t know what to do. I feel like it’s already gonna be the same answer if that’s the majority of results. I don’t think they realise the effect this would have on someone. I will update when I have some sort of answer xx1

I'm sorry that it's causing you some distress @ericabxo. If you feel as though you have a case, it's worth sticking with the appeals
Although MR success rates are quite low, success rates increase if you take it to the next stage. It'd be great if you could update us, yes. Have you considered getting expert advice?
