Backdated times

in Universal Credit (UC)
Hi, so my partner has been handing in fit notes since December 2019. He got the forms August 2020, sent back straight away..
11th May 2021 assessment
12th May 2021 awarded LCWRA 
19th May next statement for 25th may payment arrives with the extra element..
Plus a letter saying over 4k is owed in back pay and that it will be paid into my bank.

Any idea how long people are waiting at the moment for the payment to clear into bank accounts?

I've left messages in the journal but noone replies.

My partner suffers with terrible PTSD and Anxiety so people not answering is driving him potty.

    Hi there 

    There are no fixed timescales but if it is now calculated it shouldn't take too long
