I'm currently waiting for my decision on my pip assessment but I'm a bit puzzled I've received the same text message twice now from them informing me they have received the assessor report one last Friday and one yesterday Tuesday ?♀️ I don't have any clue why? Has this happened to anyone before? Thanks for reading ?

Probably just a clerical error.1

I spoke to them today they actually received 2 reports off the same assessor which is bizarre but at least they received it i guess ?Leigh14 said:Hi @Lou67, I’ve only received the one message. It could just be a mistake in sending the two, but at least you know they’ve received the assessor’s report.0 -
I received my report yesterday it upset me a bit if I'm honest but I was told by a lady on the phone that it could change when the decision maker looks at it. I got 4 points on each element there's just a few bits I'm not completely happy with what the assessor has put but I'm completely prepared for a md i knew it was going to be hard but this is harder than I thought by a long shot ? could just simply be i don't qualify for pip which is ok it just upset me because I can't go back to work I'm limited to what i can do because of my problemswoodbine said:Now they have the report you can ask them for a copy which will indicate what award to expect, they usually but not always go with the report.0 -
Hi @lou87
It could indeed change when the DM looks at it, they won't necessarily go with what the assessment report says. If you do get the letter and decide to request a MR you'll have one month to do so, and you'll see details on the letter of how to request it.1 -
Thanks for your reply i appreciate it. I have decided not to worry about it anymore and just deal with it when the decision maker has made there decision if the report is read the contradictions are very visible to see. I will get in touch with welfare rights for some help if I need to it could simply be i don't qualify for pip based on there descriptors questions if that's what you call them. I've had a long term illness for a few years now and its gradually getting worse it started off as ibs in 2014 and 7yrs later I'm unable to work because I'm unreliable in an employer's eyes pretty sad ? I'm relying heavily on support off people close to me and it's just getting harder as time goes on the quality of life i lead is soul destroying ?Ross_Scope said:Hi @lou87
