    Hi there

That is normal when it is tribunal that awarded as dwp didn't give the award it ends when tribunal ruled the end date

It doesn't mean the next claim will go to tribunal it depends on how well you complete the forms and your assessment

This is normal. When a tribunal award is approaching the end you are invited to reapply. This needs to be done in advance of the end date in order to give time for the new claim to be processed and a new award made before the existing one stops in August.

Welcome to the community @Leahs :) As advised, this appears to be normal procedure.

I can appreciate that the prospect of going through it all again is a worrying one. Do you feel more confident in applying for PIP now? I'd definitely encourage you to go through the PIP descriptors (pipinfo.net), as I imagine you did when you went to tribunal, and look at where you might score points and the evidence you can draw on to demonstrate this. This page on the Benefits and Work website also has some useful information about the 'reliably, in a timely fashion, repeatedly and safely' concepts if you scroll down to the bottom.

Are you receiving any support for your anxiety? Could that help do you think?

Thanks everyone for help I filled in new claim 7weeks ago I was very careful this time and even googled my condition so I could explain it in detail and yes I been on meds for few years for my anxiety and depression but doctor said they won't work for me as I'm dealing with a lot due to my condition which is ischemic colitis I've also seen councillors in past

Google your condition won't really help pip 7snt about the condition as everyone is affected differently

What you need to do is describe how the condition affects you against the descriptors

Of course I described every single detail in how it affects me I didn't just describe the condition I did that also so they know more about what it is but of course I said exactly what it has done to my life down to every single medication I'm taking
