Ice Work coach call right or wrong

Not sure what this will gain but have made an official complaint in my journal uc correct procedure or not?


I’d like to make a complaint about my most recent telephone conversation with my work coach in regards to her comments stating verbally to me “ my recent tribunal award of lcw and stating rather innocuously about my condition not being serious enough for an award of the lcwra and reitering  facts that I wouldn’t receive any extra income and that my condition has or is not as serious enough for an award”
I found her comments to be extremely distressing & irritating to the point of causing anxiety followed by a painful flare up with my degenerative condition presumably in a response that gave this insensitive person what she wanted.
