in Start here and say hello!
Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m 51 years old, and I have both mental and physical disabilities, my physical disabilities only happened in the last few years, when I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, cfs, and chronic back pain, these restrict my mobility a lot, and find everything difficult, in addition to that my mental health problems have stopped me socialising or leaving my home for the last few years, I only go out for vital appointments, which leaves me very isolated.

    Hi Sarah welcome to the forum I have different mental illnesses . I can relate to feeling isolated . This forum is really good and every ones friendly .

    Thanks for introducing us to yourself and I am sorry to hear of the isolation you feel, joining somewhere like this is certainly a good step towards easing that feeling. Do you have any loved ones who you see regularly? 

    Regarding your mental health, is that something you receive support with from your GP?
