Don't worry, I worried about mine and found it wasn't a problem at all. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and helpful and puts you at ease. Good luck0 -
Hi, I applied for my first PIP claim early Jan 2021 and have my telephone assessment on 19th July. Its about 25 weeks I've waited but just wanted it over with. Some people are getting their assessment much quicker so think it may be depending on the area and backlogs.0
