I've been awarded 0 points. How do I go about an MR? Is it quicker by phone or post?

Hi guys so I got my decision letter which scored me 0 points all complete lies on there even says I take no medication when I told her all the ones I take! Shocking ... anyway how do I go about MR ? The letter doesn’t tell me how ... and is it quicker by phone or post is phone even an option ? I dunno help please lol thanks in advance ...

    Hi and welcome to the community 

    Your letter should tell you how to do mr 

    Always put it in writing not just on phone as you are relying on the call handler noting down everything you say 

    Doing it in writing gives you more time to think about it 

    Take each descriptor you think you should score more points and details with real examples what happens when you try and do the task 

    There is a form on internal to do a mr

    Welcome to the community @Snow92 :) I'm sorry that you didn't get the PIP award you were hoping for.

    You might like to read through this page on MRs on the Turn 2 Us website to get an overview of the process, and how you can go about submitting one. This also has a link to the form Janer1967 has mentioned.

    As Janer1967 has said, it's important that you focus on making your evidence and examples the best they can be, rather than focussing on whether or not the assessor may have misrepresented what you've said.
