I have just been told that i have a limited capability for work and work related activity by the DWP, im not too sure what this entails but does this mean i get more money and what is this 3 month period?
Does it mean if i do get the extra money it is calculated from the first day i handed in my fit note but it wont be paid for 3 months..
thanks

Hi there and welcome to the community
Being awarded lcwra means you will get an additional €343.63 per month on top of your uc
This is paid from the 4th month following you reporting your medical condition and providing fit notes
If it has taken longer than this time to get the award you will get arrears
You no longer need to provide fit note and have no work commitments0 -
Thank you for the quick response, so do i get the single months payment of £343 on the 4th month or do i get 4 months worth?0
