Hi Everyone
ive just found out I scored 8 Daily Living points
and 10 Mobility points in the Telephone Assessment report, could this translate in the final decision to18 points or is it one or the other? Any insight would be very welcome,
Thanks

Hi and welcome to the community
If the decision maker goes with the report that would mean you would get standard rate for both components1 -
Ok
Thanks for your help with that1 -

They are recommendations only and the report makes up part of the evidence used to make a decision. They sometimes go with the report but not always.

Commonly the DM will follow the report but they are supposed to look at all the evidence in order to make their decision. As we have no knowledge of your overall submission and evidence there is no way anyone can make an informed comment about your case.josie1 said:Hi I scored 13 points daily living & 10 for mobility what’s the likelihood of DM going against this?.1 -
