I was awarded standard rate in April 2020. After claiming in august 2019 I applied against as I have little mobility and did not receive mobility part. I am in a wheelchair to go any real distants un aided. I went for court tribunal ( phone) december. This was adjourned for medical records. I wondered if there was a time frame this should of been sorted. Finally got another tribunal date 10th august 2021 Any help would be appreciated xx

I don’t believe there are specific time frames unfortunately so there isn’t anything to complain about.0

Tribunal claims often take this amount of time especially if they have been adjourned and new date required
Also with current backlogs
You could complain to your local mp but as you now have a date there is very little point in doing so
Also any increase in award given at tribunal will be backdated0 -
Thank you xxi0
