Pip assessors report contradicts itself as well as multiple lies

I requested my pip assessors report and by the looks of it I won’t be awarded anything but it’s a farce !
Every justification she has she’s put I work 15 hours as a secretary as a reason for me having good cognitive function and fine motor skills , my cognitive ability isn’t really in question to be honest all my disabilities are physical and affect me physically, the fine motor skills to type on a keyboard and do up buttons are two very different things.
In the body of what was discussed I said it takes me 5 minutes to walk the 30-40 metres from my disabled bay at work until my office on ground floor she’s said in her justification 5 minutes to her mind equates to over 200 metres, which contradicts what I have said , I have a blue badge for Christ sake and a physio letter from last month stating I have severe muscle loss on one leg can’t balance can’t go on tiptoes can’t jump can’t get up from a squat and can’t walk very well for any period of time at all.
she said I told her I’d lost weight but reports say I’d gained it firstly we never discussed weight but regardless those letters are from over a year ago.
she said i phone my friend for a chit chat whilst I’m in the bath I explained I’m allergic to water (pictures were included in my medical history) and I live alone with my disabled child the reason I stay on the phone when I’m in the bath is because my daughter could not phone an ambulance if I needed her too !

She said I have no sensory problems that would lead to me having problems following journeys even though they’ve been advised I attended a 6 week sensory workshop with my psychiatrist where it was noted I have severe sensory problems !
She’s used the fact I attend medical appointments to justify that I can socially engage with people !
She’s put all my appointments are local to the area I’m in which is true but then put that I have travelled down to Brighton for appointments .... what appointments all my appointments are local.
I advised her I lack motivation to get dressed and will normally only get dressed in clean clothing 3 days out of 7 she’s out 4 and under justification said I don’t report lacking motivation m, whilst on the phone to her I said I don’t even have knickers on as we speak because my mum has had to take all my clothes to do laundry.
I got two points for the fact I have to manually evacuate my bowels !
She said I was well composed during the interview but in the main body states me crying multiple times.
I don’t see how you can tell if someone is in pain over a phone call but apparently I didn’t sound like I was in pain whilst sat on my sofa.
I also didn’t sound anxious .... what does anxiety sound like ?
She said I have low grade tremors but get bad flares 2-3 times daily lasting 20-30 minutes unless I’m stressed and then they can last hours .... she hasn’t seen me to know what my version of low grade looks like I asked to send them a video of this and was declined !
She asked me to give examples of when my disabilities have been a safety concern so I noted the last time I almost set fire to my house and a time when I put my entire hand into a boiling frying pan which then flicked up and splattered my whole neck and face I’m red hot oil ! But apparently these are isolated incidents... you asked for examples ??
I honestly don’t know how they get away with this stuff I really don’t.
I don’t know where to go from here I phoned pip crying hysterically at that point explaining that the whole report was hypocritical and pleading that the decision maker reads the full report and he’ll see what I mean but I doubt he will.
I don’t know what to do at this point.
Any advice ?

Hi @amiimoo - & I'm ever so sorry. One of the reasons it's suggested not to get your assessor's report on this forum is that a person can erroneously concentrate upon this. Some of the assessor's reports can at best be concluded to be 'inaccurate,' but this cannot be proven. This may not be what you want to hear, but the assessor just reports their opinion, not what you've stated. Now you've asked, what do I do at this point? When you get your decision letter, & you will have to wait for this, as the decision maker looks at all the evidence, if the decision isn't as you expected, you can ask another decision maker to look at your claim again, what's called a Mandatory Reconsideration. This is also time to reflect that your initial PIP claim form may be lacking in that you haven't described the functional problems you have with regard to the PIP activities/descriptors: https://www.cambridgeshire.gov.uk/asset-library/Personal-Independence-Payment-Descriptors-and-Scores-April-2021.pdfSo, the assessor might have got it wrong, but you haven't (likely) given a couple of detailed responses as to the difficulty you face for each activity that applies to yourself. If this is the case, then a decision maker can only rely upon the assessor's report. This can be addressed with an appeal; firstly a Mandatory Reconsideration, then a tribunal. Hope this helps, & please do come back with any questions0

I have them so much information my form had no more space to write anymore I gave them 30 clinic letters and pictures and the assessment part where she writes what we’ve discussed is right for the most part but all her justifications are entirely wrong and contradictory.... how can someone have no mobility issues at all and be able to walk over 200 metres if they have a blue badge?.When I worked it out if she was honest I should have gotten 9 for DL and 18 for mobility.Instead I’ve got 6 for DL 0 for mobility .0

Good morning @amiimoo I'm very sorry about the experience you went through, I didn't get an assessor's report I waited till I got the decision letter, as I didn't know about this community until i had done my MR, I myself was in so much shock when I received my decision getting zero points on all discrlptors, the stuff that the assessor wrote, well it was a joke, was declined MR, aswell, so had to take it to tribunal, in which at this point I got a rep, but you should get one from the beginning but I didn't know that,I won my tribunal and got enhanced on both, the community here are lovely and everyone wants to help each other,if you need help just ask, and please if haven't already get a rep to help you.1
