    Kleftiko ( Greek lamb stew)  in oven hope it turns out ok, I'm using roasted baby potatoes, so they don't turn to mush as in oven for a few hours.

    Attempted to make some home made Peri Peri chicken which went horribly wrong so thrown it and made some beans on toast- simple enough lol.
