I received my back pay this morning. How long before award letter comes?

Good morning everyone, I received my back pay this morning how long before award letter comes please

    Hi,

    The letter is produced and sent the same time money has been authorised. So once you receive payment the letter is already on its way. Just depends how fast royal mail deliver it as it comes 2nd class. Mine took like 5 days to arrive after receiving payment.

    I was advised that arrears take 7-10 days, which would be the same timeframe as the letter arriving.

    I got my letter 2 days after payment but i think it will obviously be different wherever you live? I live in a tiny village with about 6 houses lol so we don't always get post on time here? If you are in a larger town probably be quicker?
