I have a pension of which I can draw £11.000 tax free, as I claim ESA and Pip will this affect my benefit's claim.

I am on income based ESA so do you know by.how much, because I owe my sister £1000 for my mobility scooter and I have credit card debt of £ 4000 I want to pay off. Thanks for your reply0

Any capital over £6000 reduces your income based ESA by £1 for every £250, or part thereof, over £6000.
Do you have an option to take a partial withdrawal of the tax free lump sum?0 -
