Well hello everyone what a **** night's sleep I have had in pain and worrying about what I'm going to get told at breast clinic today also waiting on my doctor to ring with blood results I'm so scared ???

    Aww, I'm sorry you didn't get much rest last night.  It's understandable given the circumstances, having a worry playing on your mind  :(  What time is your appointment?  Is there anything you can do to distract yourself a little in the lead up to it and do you have anyone around you for support?

    It goes without saying, we are here with you every step of the way  <3  Sending lots of positive thoughts and please keep talking to us if it helps.

    @Cher_Scope my app is 10.45am I don't drive so leaving in 5 mins to bus it down to hospital thanks for your support means alot ?
