I think MR was successful. When will my claim be backdated to? What is the time frame for payments?

Hi, I’ve just had a call with who I’d assume is a decision maker for my PIP claim, who asked 3 brief questions about if I’d been in hospital/ prison etc, stated that the letter had added evidence to my claim and I’d be awarded pip. Originally I was 2 points off being awarded pip, so we went for an MR, which looks like it worked. Will my claim be backdated to when I first started the claim (October 2020) or from when the last decision was made (May 2021)?
Also, what are the time frames for payments now a decision has been made? Will it take a few days or another couple of months?
Thank you in advance!

Good afternoon @gh0stie, well done on your award, it gets back dated to when you applied for pip, its states it can take between 4 to 8 weeks, but I received mine, 7 working days later, you will most probably receive payment into bank before your award letter, so just look out for a payment into your bank1
