    Hi there.

    Unfortunately I’m really suffering at the moment. I’ve put a post on detailing my problems. In summary I’ve had 9 operations in the last 8 years. I’m currently suffering with a back spasm due to Spinal Stenosis. (I had a Laminectomy which unfortunately only worked for a few months.)

    Thanks for posting about your spinal stenosis. I hope that you can find the advice and support you're looking for here on the community. We have plenty of members who've mentioned having spinal stenosis, so you're not alone in your experience.
