I just wanted to know your opinions if the case manager will go with e or potentially f. I’m sorry if it’s not the best quality! I also genuinely thought I mentioned having a reaction to propranolol and had to stop taking that. Who wouldn’t fear living your live taking diazepam everyday to cope.

Hey thanks for replying. I know, I was just looking for opinions. I got bored, overthought and now I’m here ?0

Very true. I have sent a lot of examples, in an email thats been associated with my claim.I got a reply in writing from the manager of the pip centre in my area, either way I feel this has been a smooth process and I feel heard. This is going to have a huge impact and entirely change my life.0

Hi @daisy1838
It's good to hear the process has been a relatively smooth one for you and I'll keep my fingers crossed for a positive outcome, in line with the award you're expecting.
In relation to your mental health conditions, I'm sorry what you are experiencing sounds like a lot to cope withThe report mentions an outstanding referral for counselling - have you had any news on this since? And, are you managing okay or do you think it might be worth speaking with your GP to see if the appointment could be expedited along, if at all possible?
I realise there are long waiting lists to access psychological therapies at the moment but don't forget these specialist organisations can be contacted if ever things feel too much:- Call The Samaritans on 116123 or email jo@samaritans.org.
- Text 'SHOUT' to 85258 to speak with a trained crisis volunteer from SHOUT
- Find a local urgent NHS mental health helpline

I’m on a waiting list because my psychiatrist doesn’t recommend the trauma focused therapy until I’m out of my current home.I am doing ok. Some very long depressing days but I’m trying to remain as positive as I can. Thank you for asking I really appreciate it and hope you are ok!0
