Hi and welcome to the community

The best way to do a review is to treat it like a new claim even if no change

Detail for each descriptor how your condition affects you what you and can't do and why

They don't often contact your gp it is up to the claimant to provide any evidence

The process is taking around 10 months currently Some are quicker tho

You will most likely have an assessment majority are still on the  phone but f2f have started again

There are huge backlogs for assessments in some areas

Good luck hope your not waiting too long

Let us know how you get on

hello I hello I have to agree with @janer1967, treat your review as a first time application for PIP giving as much information about your inabilities to manage, cope preform the PIP descriptors safely, repeatedly and in a timely manner.  Add any updates on your medical tests reports and hospital diagnosis ect.

Absolute worst thing you can do is put “no change”. DWP will instantly treat that as “no evidence to support the continuation of the claim” and you’ll be looking at a face to face assessment and a likely stoppage.
I hope not I couldn’t think what put on the form at the time I just put no change and most my evidence went on my esa nothing much happen in say last two years down to virus and I’ve only had eye surgery cross link thing on both eyes nothing much and a change in tablets now I’m bit worried I wish I put more on the form.

It's not too late to send further evidence.
