PIP report written in 2 hours?

Hi guys,
I was just wondering if any of you have any experience of a very quick pip report being written. I had my assessment Thursday at 9am and it lasted just over an hour. At 12.30pm I got a text to say the DWP have recieved my assessment report. It just seems like the only way it could have been written that quickly is if they've awarded me nothing and so didn't need to write much?
At the end the lady assessing me also said to look out for any calls from a private number as others might be in touch to request further information. Does this mean I might have to do a 2nd assessment?
I'm claiming on mental health grounds and I know it's a lot harder to argue your point as it's more 'subjective'. Just feel really quite defeated by the whole thing as the assessment went really terribly too as she had no idea about my illness!
Thanks in advance!
