Hello I like to ask a question  please I had capability assessment appointment by phone  on the 9 August and I reacieve my decision today and its says you my be get extra money because have capability limited for work and pension and its will show on your next payment date  I want to ask why I  didnt recieve no money back dates ?

    Do I will receive any back date money ? If I recieve  my decision  today I should recieve any money asweel or no ?

    This makes no sense. Do you mean the decision was Limited capability for work related activity? If so then it will depend on whether this is the first work capability assessment?

    if it is when did you report the health condition? and when is your assessment period dates from or when do you usually receive your payment?

    There's a 3 full month assessment period waiting time for the extra money and then it's paid on th 4th month after you reported the health condition, provided you sent your fit note within 7 days of reporting the health condition and there were no gaps in the fit notes. Whether you're owed any money will depend on these dates.
