Received forms due to a change in circumstances..completed them and returned..yes I paid for next day delivery even though some say it’s a waste of money, the forms were signed for the next day.
The letter that came with the form said the forms had to be returned by 29th August else my PIP could stop.

I haven’t received a text or anything to say they’ve been received.
Should I chase them or are they allowing extra time due to Covid and the great pinging event?

Hi there
Judt because they have been signed for means nothing
They are signed for by royal mail sorting office not dwp
Then forward to dwp who scan them on the system and that is when they show as recieved
This can take around 2 to 4 weeks0 -
Hi,There's huge backlogs with post going to DWP at the moment so it can take a few weeks for it to be added to the computer. It's not classed as arriving until this has happened, which is why "signed for delivery" is a complete waste of money. They know about the delays anyway so they will give extra time. When i had my review a couple of months ago i never received any text at all to say the form had arrived.0
