Staffordshire Oatcakes any Ideas?

I've Just Started To Eat Staffordshire Oatcakes. And I bleedin love them.
I'm  Fasting till tomorrow till 13.00, so no food till then. But, has anyone got any good ideas what to do with these.
With me slices of Ham or Chicken add some Mayonnaise, carefully roll them up and, yum yum.

What do you put in them, or any ideas for fillings?

    I got some in the fridge A minute in the microwave to warm them. Sliced chicken or ham. Red Onion, Mayo. Yummmmmm
