My partner had her second ever assessment today

It was very different from the first one 3 years ago.
The first one was in person by a former ambulance tech, and he was very thorough, in depth, and cold.
This one was a phone assessment and by a nurse who was much nicer, thanked her for her answers often, and seemed much more understanding. But strangely, she missed questioning a few of the descriptors.
I don’t know, the niceness and missing certain descriptors has us both a bit nervous.
I’ve heard they do kick people off after having had an award… sort of like you’ve had yours already, see ya! Probably just paranoid.

Hi,Glad it was a better experience this time. Not asking questions about some descriptors doesn't mean anything really and you shouldn't look into that too much. Timescales, as always, there isn't any. Good luck and i hope it's a possitive outcome this time.1
