I submitted my firm back in jan, failed my assessment due to struggling on the phone and trying to express things part of my health condition along with life long anxiety and depression. I had help and submitted my mr over 10 weeks ago. At the time I was told it takes 7 weeks. I picked up the courage to ring at 9 weeks to be told it’s now 10 weeks and to ring back this week. Again picked up the courage to ring again this week to be granted with a not very good lady who just told me to wait a further 2 weeks. This whole process has been 1 of the hardest things I’ve had to do and now having increased panic attacks ?
not really sure my point to this post but just needed to right it down and say how much I’m struggling right now
thanks for taking the time to read.

Hello @natasha1776
Thanks for posting, sorry to hear you are struggling but hopefully it won't take much longer. I realise how frustrating it can be though to keep having things pushed back
Do you have coping techniques in place to manage your panic attacks? If you feel as though your mental health is becoming difficult to manage, you should consider speaking with your GP to see if they can support you in any way.1 -

Am on week 11 now. It's so stressful and triggering. I just want to know so I can get on with my life. I wish they could understand how draining and stressful this process is.x1
