Hi all,
I am abit confused. I got a phone call Thursday morning advising I have been awarded pip and too confirm my details. I done this however, I still have not received my back payment of reward letter. Any idea when I will get my first payment?

Hello @bf18
Welcome to the community, good to see you join us.
Just to clarify, have you not received your award letter either? There can sometimes be a little delay with this so I'm sure the letter will arrive soon and confirm what you have been told, along with your payment. With it having been a weekend too, that won't have sped anything up.

Thanks for your response.
I have not received my reward letter. I was hoping payment may of gone in today. However, nothing as of yet. How long do this usually take after been accepted?1 -
Once payment is made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank, so it could be tomorrow. Payment is usually received before the award letter.
