Won PIP appeal. I've only been backdated for 1 year from date I applied for PIP? How long for SOR?

I won my pip appeal. The hearing was heard via telephone.
I have only been backdated for 1 year from the date I applied for pip until 1 year later. This seems very strange. I also am not awarded any future payments. I have contacted the court and they say they will ask the judge for a statement of reasons. They ca. Give no timescale on how long this will take

Hi,It can happen. Your questions regarding this were answered in your previous thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/81918/pip-appeal-won-but-no-future-payments#latestYou are correct there's no timescales when requesting the SOR and POR. Once the Judge has time they will write it.
