I'm fed up now

@woodbine. I hope you are OK now after your fall a little while ago.
Today though I am fed up too. Yesterday I fell in the living room and banged my head hard on the door, it gave me a bad cut which bled quite a lot. My wife phoned for a ambulance, they did turn up quickly and helped me up and thankfully I didn't have to go to hospital, but I have a lump on the back of my head and a headache to boot. It has knocked my confidence somewhat and I feel a little shaky. Hopefully I will get over it soon.

Hi @Dragonslayer, sorry to hear about your fall. I hope  you feel better soon but @janer1967 is right, if you feel worse or headaches persist, contact your GP or 111 if out of hours.

Aww dear @Dragonslayer I'm sorry to hear about that.  Falls can really 'shake us up' so take it easy and as @Oxonlady rightly mentions, do get immediate medical attention if you notice any worsening or headache persistence.

Get your feet up and if you want to vent, we're here for you.

Oh no @Dragonslayer, falls do knock us about, hopefully your headache goes soon and your lump goes down, however as already mentioned, if it doesn't go off soon then  you will need to get advice.
