Good Evening Everyone
Hope all is well with you
Just to update you, since I asked my MP for assistance with my PIP claim, a week ago.
I had a call this afternoon from the DWP. It was a new decision maker, who went through the descriptors again. They were very nice, and patient, and went into detail, about my mental health as well as physical.
They said that they will decide today, and the letter would be with me, end of next week. Im slightly calmer now, but also, anxious.
I suppose it can only be a Yes or a No
Thanks for all the help and advice, even if we don't all agree on certain ways, of doing things.

Morning All
Just to say, I had another call this morning, from the same DM, as yesterday.
He said he'd made his decision, and explained his reasoning, in the letter.
I should receive it next week. And the system has generated 2 copies one Is blank, so ignore it.
It was kind of him to call, but I can't help thinking, that it's not going to be a hood outcome. Not exactly sure, what reason means.
Sorry, I know it sounds a bit stupid

Hi @em444
It doesn't sound stupid and I understand your apprehension. It can be easy to start pre-empting responses and worrying ourselves about decisions but until the letter comes through your postbox, we'll sadly not know the outcome! In the mean-time, try and distract yourself with nice things - easier said than done, I know - but be reassured that whatever the decision, we'll be here to support you. Be kind to yourself
Just to let you know, I merged your thread with your previous one as they are related. Take it easy and keep us posted.0 -

The MR decision letter will have the reasons for the decision on it. The same as the original decision letter. You could ring back tomorrow afternoon and if the decision's made they should tell you. Once the decisions made it takes aboiut 24 hours for them to be able to see it.
