Finally got my award review letter
Brief history I've been on high mobility for 11 years , last 2 awards were for 3 years and 4 years respectively
I've now been awarded high mobility and standard living ( which im happy with) but award length of 2 years 6 months ( which I'm not happy with)
The pa4 assessor actually recommended 1 year 6 months but the DWP have overturned decision and has overruled the assessor and gave me 2 years 6 months.
I want to dispute the length only, without them looking at the rest of the award but I'm worried about them opening up and looking at the whole award again so would appreciate some advice on how to word it.
Finally I have only 6 days to put a mandatory reconsideration in before the 30 days are up so am I ok just to phone up.The delay in the letter arriving is actually down to staff shortages at post offic and not the DWP
Thanks everyone for your help as always
