I had my IIDB assessment in June, but haven't heard back. How can I contact DWP?
Looking for advise in regards to iidb, I have dupuytrens contracture due to using hand held power tools for over 10yrs and have attend medical center here in Glasgow and seen doctor and he agreed my left hand badly affected and starting to spread to right hand and have been trying to contact DWP but no joy had assessment in June and when phoned DWP they agreed with me that back log due to covid surley it doesn't take this length of time is there an email address, live chat or put me in right Direction thanks in advance Billy.

Unfortunately the contact is in the main just by phone
Its not too unusual to be waiting this long for a decision0 -
