Hi all
Just a quick message to say I had my LCWRA telephone assessment (finally) on Friday. The lady who I spoke with (a nurse) was absolutely lovely. There were no trick questions, she was very understanding, & made the entire experience in stressful. For those who are waiting for assessment please know there are some lovely people out there ! I will update you on the decision when I get it.

I was really lucky that the PIP assessor was a lovely nurse too, no trick questions and knew all about my illness and was really great. Same with the doctor at the LCWRA in person appointment, he was very professional, listened was really lovely. Hope you get your decision very soon0

You will be fine. Read through your statements on your application a couple of times & have a list of which pages refer to what. Read exactly what you wrote back to them, or tell them if things have got worse. Make some notes beforehand of things you want them to know. They are just people who fart the same as everyone else so no need to worry
