Disabled person decanted into non wheelchair adapted property

Hi can some one advise me I ha e been decanted out of my current home which is disabled adapted due to leaks flood which has caused my lift not to work! I have been decanted 2 a smaller property 2 bed for me and 2 adult children and carer as I'm very ill and vulnerable I'm unable to use bathroom as it's too small wheel chair can't fit never mind shower it's impossible! I have informed my landlord of this involved my local mp with no avail can someone advise as I found a sautable property to rent and was refused I'm struggling mentally thanks in advance
