How long does it take for pip to make their decision after I send back my forms

    Hi @susan79 - & welcome to the community. I presume you mean your claim pack, in which case you will likely have an assessment by phone, so expect a wait of weeks/months for this. Once a decision is made on your assessment, the wait for getting a decision letter is averaging at 8 weeks. From start to finish the claim takes approx. 10 months, unfortunately.

    Hi and welcome to the community from me too..as above new claims are estimated to be taking around 10 months from start to finish unfortunately
