Hi, my name is Dashbash! It's very difficult to get my employer and colleagues to make allowances

Hello @Dashbash and welcome to the online community, I'm glad to see you join us.
Sorry to hear about the challenges you've faced at work with getting support, have you proposed the possibility of reasonable adjustments with your employer? Have you had a conversation with them about how they could help?
It seems as though your employer and colleagues may have a lack of disability awareness, which is quite common in some workplaces. Have you considered forwarding them some informative resources about how your condition impacts you, just to give them a clearer picture? I know you shouldn't have to and they should take what you say seriously without need for further action, but sometimes that bit of education can do the world of good.0
